When to Give
This is a personal preference. To avoid last minute stress, try to purchase several months before the big day.
You can choose to give these gifts whenever it fits. It’s traditional for the bride to present her gifts at the rehearsal dinner. You could also present it to them at a shower, bachelorette party, or small get together. If you have purchased something to use/wear for the day of the wedding, then let them know this so that they are not questioning what earrings to wear etc.
Does Everyone Get The Same Gift?
Remember, it’s not necessary to give each bridesmaid the same gift. Each bridesmaid has a unique personality and special interests. Brides often do a little more for the maid and matron of honor. These women often absorb a lot of the planning, finances and overall brainwork that goes into celebrating you! So, feel free to splurge on these women if you’d like.
What About Junior Bridesmaids?
No doubt she already feels super special and excited just to be a part of your big day. Something small is appropriate for the young ladies that make up your bridal party. If you are getting anything for your girls to use on the big day, and its age appropriate, make sure the juniors get the same thing. This will make them feel involved and just like the adult women.
